clearly would recommend the House Whisperer to others buying or selling a house. 1) Attention to detail. Glenn spend a lot of time with the client showing what he found in the report. I arrived towards the end of the inspection, and once he was finished, we wlaked the property, talking about what he found. 2) Visual proof. Glenn took a lot of pictures to show what he was concerned about and what needed to be repaired. he also talked about what could wait and what was something that needed immediate attention. 3) Long term view. Many of the details that Glenn pointed out are things that can effect the long term value of the house. I appreciated that he talked about simple fixes that can prevent very expensive repairs.
