What We Do For You

Testimonials

Always like to use Glenn because he brings a level of confidence, clarity and education to the home inspection that many inspectors fail to do. I think my clients have been made aware of any areas in which their home purchase may fall short or any issues that might confront them in the future and feel confident moving forward with the sale based on those observations and recommendations

J. Linton

Thank you and we want to express our personal and sincerest gratitudefor your time and patience. Our minds have been primed for a completely different experience. We had heard accounts where home inspectors seemingly self-imposed a gag order so as not to impart any information to the perspective buyers. And although we caught wind of emphaticrecommendations for your services, wehad imagined it would've been the same with you. Then when you initially briefed us on how you go about the inspection, we were instantly relieved. Then walking us through the particulars at the property with such anin-depth approach, is truly a testament to the ethics, fidelity and nature in which you conduct your business. We will remember you for our future inspection needs! Thanks again and all the best!

Michael Reese, Castro Valley homeowner

Yes, I have and I will. Glenn does a very good job of explaining the actual purpose for home inspections and never alarming buyers or sellers regarding the conditions of the homes. In most cases, they are used homes and none of them are perfect. I like to say that Glenn is not a deal breaker by being overly alarmist and alienating sellers, yet fair and honest for both parties involved.

Chris Anderson, Pacific Union

The professionalism was beyond reproach. My realtor was so impressed with the service that was provided, they want The House Whisperer group to service all of their clients. Thank you for the great service report. Sincerely,

Ken Seegrist, San Leandro homeowner

Glenn is a phenomenal inspector. Prompt arrival, prompt delivery of the inspection Great customer service reps on the phones Great informative reports. Glenn's inspection depth and findings are the perfect blend of thoroughand honest while at the same time not getting overly enthusiastic about every-day deficiencies.

Nathan Hitchcock, Alain Pinel

Glenn is efficient and very pleasant to work with. Very detailed, thoughtful, thorough, timely and explains things well. Receiving a report with pictures and explanations the same day as inspections is very seldom seen in the industry as others will sometimes take an average of three days or longer before report is received. I would recommend him highly to others.

Kenneth Schwab, Fremont homeowner

Glenn is an exceptional inspector. I request to have him be the inspector and am continually pleased with his expertise and customer service. He has wonderful communication skills and represents himself and the company with the utmost professionalism. I will recommend him highly to my clients with great confidence.

Julie Long, J. Rockcliff Blackhawk

Glenn was super easy to work with, completed the work ahead of schedule and was thorough in answering all of our questions. the report was received well ahead of expectations and was easy to understand.

Lynn Carter, San Jose homeowner

Glenn is very professional. He has people skills and knows how to explain findings without making it a big deal, so buyers and sellers can get a good understanding. My clients and I like getting the report the same day which invaluable.

Vlatka Bathgate, Coldwell Banker

I recommend Glenn. He is thorough and doesn't mind spending extra time helping my buyers understand the fine points of his inspections. I've been a realtor for 24 years and wish I had known him much sooner. No one better!

Simone Jimenez, Intero Real Estate

Glenn knows his business!!! My clients, first-time home buyers loved him. He gave them comfort about buying an older home and educated them on what items they should put on their "to do list" from a maintenance perspective. He did not burden them with frightening minutia about old houses. They left the inspection feeling educated and empowered. This is what an inspector is supposed to do. I have been in this business 38 years and have witnessed many styles of inspection. Oh.....the Saturday appointment was so helpful in this market when contingencies must be removed post haste! The fact that there was no extra charge for Saturday was a plus, indeed.

Sharon Luther, Re/Max Accord

Glenn was fantastic -knowledgeable, patient, and willing to answer all my questions. I feel so much better about buying my first place after talking with him and reviewing his home inspection report. Every issue was described in detail, with pictures, specified what needed to be done and gave an indication of severity of the issue (basically, what I need to deal with first). I have an electrician coming out before contingencies are released so I know what it's going to cost because of Glenn's suggestion. I will not hesitate to recommend your company to my friends and family. Thank you for everything!

Ann W., Walnut Creek

Glenn. Its always a pleasure recommending you to my clients and peers. It was great to see you again. Did you hear the seller ask "why didn't my inspector tell us these things when we purchased the home?" I had to smile to myself J

Gayle Langston, Alain Pinel Realtors

We loved our inspector. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and very thorough. We would highly recommend to our friends if they need an inspection.

Christine Kang, Pleasanton homeowner

Hi Glenn, Thank you so much for your outstanding work. My clients had nothing but good things to say about your service and how you explained everything in terms they understood. I really look forward to a great working relation and will definitely call you again. Have a great evening!

Magdalena Duenas, Coldwell Banker

Hello Glenn! Thank you for your quick turn-around time for the report! I can see why Melissa speaks so highly of your work! Leopold and I will have our glass of wine and look it all over!

Cynthia Moore Vandeneynde, homebuyer

Glenn, I appreciate your professionalism in inspecting properties. I can remember the last inspection you did for us. It was handled in the most professional manner I have ever seen in 30 years. You were thorough, informative and accurate on all items noticed and recommendations made. I was impressed. I look forward to seeing you again on the next inspection we have together. Best wishes,

Bill Parker, Berkshire Hathaway

clearly would recommend the House Whisperer to others buying or selling a house. 1) Attention to detail. Glenn spend a lot of time with the client showing what he found in the report. I arrived towards the end of the inspection, and once he was finished, we wlaked the property, talking about what he found. 2) Visual proof. Glenn took a lot of pictures to show what he was concerned about and what needed to be repaired. he also talked about what could wait and what was something that needed immediate attention. 3) Long term view. Many of the details that Glenn pointed out are things that can effect the long term value of the house. I appreciated that he talked about simple fixes that can prevent very expensive repairs.

Glenn made the whole experience less daunting, which was helpful for first-time home buyers. He offered explanations as he walked us through his findings and made himself available for us to ask any other questions.
